How to use this app
Everything is saved on your phone by itself — just tap as you go. Nothing here can break, so feel free to explore.
- Check off your sets. Each exercise has three boxes, one per set. Tap a box when you finish that set.
- See how an exercise is done. Tap the blue exercise name to open a picture and a short how-to.
- Don't like an exercise? Tap the ⇄ button next to it, then tap a picture to swap in a different one. You'll only be offered exercises of the same type (upper body, core, or lower body), so your workout stays balanced. Your choice is remembered.
- Browse them all. The orange EXERCISES button shows every exercise with its picture.
- Save your workout. When you finish a day, tap Save Day. It's added to your history.
- Check your history. VIEW HISTORY shows past workouts. To remove one, tap EDIT HISTORY, then Delete.
- Log a swim. Tap LANE SWIM to record a swim session.
- Start fresh. RESET ALL clears the checkboxes to begin a new round.
- Keep it handy like an app. In your browser's Share menu, choose “Add to Home Screen” so it opens full-screen with one tap.
- It stays up to date. Each time you open the app while you're online, it quietly refreshes to the newest version — including any new exercises added later. Offline, it keeps working as usual and catches up next time you're connected.
